• Utilize our cost effective management system that eliminates mark-ups on custom selections and labor to install. Example; if you wish to substitute or add products during construction we pass on the actual cost directly to you. Other Builders approach is called cost-plus, we don't believe in this practice.
• Work within the allocated allowance figures and in the event there is a change in products we credit back our customers the difference.
• Have open, honest and timely communication throughout the construction project and over the warranty period.
• Monitor the costs and keep your home within budget and the construction schedule on time.
